Building an Integrated First Mile
Regenerative practices, infrastructure, and direct access to global markets.
Our mission is simple:
getting subsistence farmers in Africa out of poverty.
To do this, we’re building an integrated first mile – uplifting farmers out of poverty through regenerative agricultural practices, building essential infrastructure, and bringing the first mile closer to global markets. Through a blend of physical and digital solutions, we’re building a more sustainable supply chain – for farmers and buyers.
Knowledge. Expertise. Experience.
Born from hands-on experience, Warc Africa has grown into a diverse team of 250 full time professionals from 16 countries. Entrepreneurs, engineers, accountants, data analysts, consultants, drivers, salespersons, farmers – call us what you will, but we are united by a single mission at heart: getting subsistence farmers out of poverty, while working hard to make that a reality.
By combining local knowledge, global expertise, and industry experience, we put farmer value at the core of everything we do. Our physical and digital networks connect farmers and buyers across Africa and beyond — building more efficient, transparent, and sustainable supply chains.

Built from the ground up.
Our story began in Sierra Leone, a country starved by hunger. Driven by the belief that people going hungry is a crime, our founder Emiliano Mroue started where “rice is life”.
Over the years we’ve continuously refined and redefined Warc. Now with key operations in Ghana, Uganda and Sierra Leone, we are building an integrated first mile – bringing products, services, tools, knowledge, and directly to farming communities
Our network continues to expand, creating a platform for sustainable sourcing and building what farmers truly deserve.
